Today is going to be a very short episode because I really just want to pop in with a quick reminder about how to let yourself enjoy life. And I use the word “let” intentionally, because I think we spend too much time either ruminating on the past or worrying about the future. 

I know I definitely do this way more than I would like to, and it's totally normal, right? We all do it, so you know, we don't need to beat ourselves up or judge ourselves for doing that. You know it's not bad to look back on the past and it's not bad to look forward to the future to anticipate what might happen, but I think a lot of times we get stuck there. 

And so the way to really let yourself enjoy life is to try and spend more time focusing on what's good in the moment and just stay in the present for a while. It's really about being mindful. And if you can stay more in the present moment and focused specifically on what's good in the moment, then you're naturally going to enjoy life more. 

So that's really all I have for you today is just this little reminder to be a little bit more mindful. Focus on what's good right now and stay in that present moment and savor that feeling of what's good. So that's all I have for you today.
